A Unique Legal Practice

Our experience and involvement in the equestrian field put us in a unique position to  understand the issues, risks and obstacles that face equestrians and different parties involved in this field. We advise our clients on the most practical approaches that address their legal queries and concerns.

Unlike other areas of law which are either written in specific legislation or based on established legal principles, the legal aspects of equestrian related activities are found in various laws, rules, regulations and  and legal principles that require a deep understanding of both the law and the fine details of equestrian activities.

Our Vision

Seeking legal advice and taking preventative legal measures is similar to taking care of medical needs. Waiting for a problem to happen is not ideal. It is usually costly and could have severe implications. Having a lawyer on your side in each and every transaction is as important as having a vet for your horse.

Our objective is to work closely with our clients and advise them on all legal aspects in order to mitigate legal risks and liabilities and avoid costly litigation.

We help our clients achieve this goal through proper agreements rather than simple verbal understandings concluded with a hand shake.

Think about the possibility of issues arising in a horse purchase deal if you had a lawyer and a vet on your side? The horse might be sound and healthy at the time of vet check, but a few months later you may find out that the horse suffer from pre-exiting conditions that have not been disclosed by the seller? Without a contract the vet check is not going to sufficient.
